Before Tempo I spent six years on payments infrastructure, where I learned that most latency is organisational, not technical. The fastest system in the world still feels slow if four people have to approve a change.

What I'm working on

Tempo started as a script that rewrote my calendar every morning. It turned out a lot of people wanted the same thing: not another planner, just fewer decisions before 9am.
